Refractions of a Vertical City is a visual study of how New York’s architecture bends light, reshapes space, and tells layered stories. From the mirrored base of the Vessel to the fractured reflections in the Freedom Tower’s skin, and finally to the skeletal serenity inside the Oculus, this series traces a journey of perception—where steel and glass transform into abstract form, and modernity converses with memory. Each frame invites the viewer to look up, look closer, and see the city not as it is—but as it feels.
