This photograph was taken at a bird santuary - Ranganthitu, near the southern Indian city of Mysore. It was early morning,around 630 am when the birds were fishing to feed their young ones. I was in a row boat to minimise the noise level as. the birds were roosting on the islets on the river Cauvery.
