Jinshan Sulfur Fire Fishing, known as Bong Fire Fishing, is a century-old method unique to Jinshan, Taiwan. By igniting sulfur at night, fishermen create bursts of fire that attract fish, causing dazzling leaps under the dark sky. It's the only technique of its kind left in the world and has been listed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of New Taipei City since 2015.
