I was in the arctic mountains of Svalbard in winter, searching for elusive arctic foxes. At this time of the year, the daylight is short, and there is not too much wildlife activity. But I was able to find and to follow this herd of wild reindeers on the snow. Temperatures were reaching extreme cold of -40° Celsius. This wild encounter was feeling like a Christmas winter fairy tale.
