Wanting to shoot some of my whiskey glasses in a sharp clean like environment I placed them in a special light box that I owned. Then used my 100mm macro lens to get more intimate with the subject. I learned real fast that I needed to use white gloves so as to not leave fingerprints on the glass! Then I shot them again in a much more moodier dark environment using Christmas lights and one light overhead to isolate the glass. It was a great way to explore visually the extreme difference in looks for the same subject.
