Captured at blue hour, this image of Pont du Gard showcases the ancient aqueduct's majestic presence across the river Gardon. Built in the middle of the first century AD, the structure stands as a remarkable example of Roman engineering and classical beauty. Standing in the middle of the river, I was particularly struck by the striking reflection of the bridge in the water, creating a stunning visual symmetry that bridges past and present.
