I attended an exhibition about the climate crisis that depicted a future where New York is submerged below sea level. In this scenario, future generations must dive into the Guggenheim Museum to uncover artifacts from our time. The series of photos in the exhibition, which intentionally flatten and warp the iconic building, illustrates the bleak reality that could await us if we do not take better care of our only home, earth.
